THE NEON PLAYGROUND
This mod enhances and expands Jig Jig Street, drawing inspiration from Cherry Blossom Market and Clouds to amplify the core themes of hot neon, sex, & desperation. Commerce is in full effect and lived street details are added throughout the area, so there's more to gawk at and investigate, plus NPCs feel natural as they wander about. Be warned though, you may not want to leave...
Improved areas include:
BONUS:The pod hotel now has a joytoy-themed room with stash that you can 'rent' (no money required). Since it's accessible in Act 2, you can imagine V falling on hard times. Unfortunately, it doesn't have sleep interaction right now.
There's one big caveat for this mod: It is resource intensive. It runs well on my system but options to reduce any performance hit include lower settings for Crowd Density, Volumetric Fog, and/or Shadows (play with them until you're happy). Crowds in particular will have a big impact; I personally find Medium is best for immersion, any more than that tends to have bizarre clusters of NPCs.
INSTALL -- simple, download and drop folder into installation directory. Alternately, Vortex should play nice. Make sure you also install all required mods (CET, AMM, AXL).
