allows turn on\off, switch channels without sitting on 2 H10 TVs and in Japantown apartment. (basically like in Corpo Plaza or Glen)

mod removes collision actors that for SOME REASON has been blocking interaction with TV all this time...
Japantown - only removes collision
H10 - removes and adds 2 new collision walls besides TV
archive.xl file includes removals for 6 makeovers variants and 1 japantown
compatible with 2.12a, 2.13, 2.2. 2.21
