A savegame. Start at your flat. Level 10 skills and stats. You only have some skills. But very little cybernetics or hacks. You are basically immune to enemy hackers, though, through proper Ice-protection.
All the main quest stuff is mostly hidden, destroyed, gone. All that is left is NCPD missions.
***Minus that big yellow quest in the center of the map, but you do get a warning that you cannot turn back from that mission if you go to the elevator it is pointing to, and a Sensible Cybercop will just avoid it.
But you have a service pistol, a service smg, and a service pump action. An awesome police uniform. Some weekend and undercover clothes in your apartment and car stash alongside some trophies.
