  So, first things first. The tools you will need;
  
  010 (or a hex editor of your preference)
  The Holy Template
  Noesis
  CP77 Tools
  
  and a fair bit of patience.
  All these tools can be found via the Cyberpunk 2077 Modding discord. Links are plentiful, and if youre interested in modding you probably already joined the server.
  
  For the purposes of this article, I will outline the process for Jackie's Tuned Arch. You should be able to extrapolate to other vehicles, but for the sake of clarity, that is the example we will use.
