v2.01 - Tested for Liberty City & 2.0+ Update; *I renamed the mod because after a recent playthrough, I realized V actually references them as "Towers of Light" which at the time were running "Us-Cracks" promos that shifted colors every hour... so, I felt an obligation to correct this frame of reference, rather than "Holobeam" label I had come up with (which wasn't great anyway :), to avoid confusion with translation and/or future story references... in case anybody was wondering (nobody asked)
#### Due to an in game mechanic that cuts power to the city during "LIFE DURING WARTIME" (Panam mission downing the AV), the HoloBeams are turned off and do not return until "THE HUNT" (River mission storming the Kidnapper's Farm) ####

In Optional Downloads, there is a link in description (download is random screenshot from game) for the "kit" i made in order to make your own. Can be a bit tedious, so be sure to take step by step.
