Update 0.2 Changes:
- Number of passengers in vehicles will now be a minimum of 3 (More mayhem), earlier used to be only 1-2
- Bikes added to every wave instead of just the first wave
- Proper rotation of AV enemies, and Animals added as AV wave

This mod mostly decommissions the NCPD and MaxTac (or they're on a vacation, whatever floats your boat), and hands off the security of NC streets to the capable hands of the gangs of Night City and Arasaka. In other words, the prevention system game loop will now be 10x more engaging with greater enemy variety, and non-bullet spongy AV wave bosses.
PS. The AV boss wave enemies include NPC's that are story spoilers, so I suggest completing both base game and PL storyline before running this mod!!
Following are the changes:
1) Gang members from Valentinos, Voodoo Boys (PL Variation included), Afterlife Mercs, Sixth Street, and the Animals gang replace the NCPD and Maxtac Prevention Units
2) AV's will now drop starting from heat 3 rather than heat 5 with rotating enemy types for every new AV that drops, and the time for AV's to be spawned in has been reduced considerably
3) Maxtac AV switched for Arasaka AV
4) NCPD vehicles replaced with other vehicles, more relevant to mercenaries, they'll roll in their personal sports cars, delemain etc.
This mod is meant more for people who've fallen in love with the combat of 2077 and want to stretch their skills to the max facing a great range of enemies from all of Night City. If you want to improve your combat abilities or just face absolute carnage against the toughest foes in NC, definitely have a shot at this.
