I liked the dresses that came with the expansion but wanted to accessorize them myself - simple ent edit that removes the crystals and fur from appearing when equipped on the Hanako and Transparent dresses.

Works on masc and fem V. Seems to work on refits, haven't tested all of them, but it doesn't do anything with the meshes.
To install: drag and drop file from download to your Cyberpunk 2077 directory. To uninstall, delete #_PL-dress-edit_bc_remove-crystals-fur.archive from your mod folder.
