Version 1.2-fix
Fixed issue in v1.2 that caused crashes on startup with certain settings (see v1.2 changelog)... Time dilation adjusting is once again blocked until you get in game...

Added ability to save/load a value for time dilation... Includes a checkbox to enable autoloading of the value on game launch... Removed restriction for adjusting time dilation in menus (warning: adjusting the values in some menus may crash the game)
Edit: This has been temporarily archived already, as it can crash the game on launch if time dilation is set to 0 and autoloads are enabled... I need to make it wait until you're in the main menu or in game before loading the saved value...

Added night time progression scaling, which allows the player to slow down time rogression for night time (duh...lol)... This works by setting the game time back one minute every time 2-6 minutes has passed, depending on the value selected with the slider (a value of 1 will wait 6 in-game minutes, a value of 5 will wait 2 minutes)... Higher values result in slower time progression...
Allows you to adjust the game's hours, minutes, and seconds using sliders (or buttons for hours/mins)
Includes 4 buttons to directly set the time to midnight, sunrise (6am), noon, and sunset (6pm)
Scalable time dilation to speed up/slow down time progression (this works about the same as AMM's time scale, but you can enter custom values in a text field or use a slider)... The player can still move around with 0 time dilation, but can not do things like enter/exit vehicles or draw/fire weapons... Set it at any value above 0 to have full player control... Default is 1.0
Ability to reset your game time calendar progression (total in-game seconds played in that gamesave)... Note that this will set the time to midnight, as it resets the calendar and that starts at midnight
As of v1.1, now has a slider to adjust night time progression... Setting this slider above 0 will slow down time progression for hours between 21:00 and 03:00 (night hours)... Higher values result in slower time progression...
Installation:
Extract to main CP77 install folder or install with Vortex
Uninstallation: Delete the "TimeAdjustmentMenu-CET" folder from your [CP77>bin>x64>plugins>CET>mods] folder
