Restores lore texts on cyberware / healing items and granades, removed in 2.0

2.0 for some reason, hidden immersive descriptions for the cyberware, healing items and granades.
This mod simple makes those text visible again.
Some issues with this mod:
- Cyberdeck descriptions are still not appearing
- Some descriptions might cause the ui tooltip to be too large, to display fully
- Before 2.0, different tiers of the same cyberware, could have different description, but it seems to be no longer the case
