This savefile has a level 50 V who can skill reset his perks, with a lot of iconic weapons in the stash, a lot of miscellaneous missions left, 3 side quests left and Nocturne Op55N1 mission on the main quest.

- All cybers are tier 5+, all weapons are tier 5+.
Decisions:
- Jakie was sent to his mom and there was a funeral.
- Oda & Takamura were killed.
- Good relation with Johnny, likely Don't Fear the Ripper is doable.
- Relationship with Panam but Judy's last mission not ended.
- River and Kerry are doing good.
Feel free to use this character to try any build you want, for mods, or if you have Phantom Liberty to being that questline with an already completed character.
