Does this mod also fix the missing lightbeams at the top of the buildings in japantown? (the one with the big screen and in some other buildings at the most west place in japantown)

A good place to test the mod is the City Center Corpo Plaza at Arasaka Tower Fast Travel point, where the two giant holographic fish are flying around. Look for the Light Beam Projectors in game. See 3rd and 4th screenshots in IMAGES section.
