Probably window outside of H10 is not black because of GITS 3.X, at least with FUJI version.

installation:

1) Install required mods.
2) Download this mod files and put it in your game files or use Vortex. if you have multiple Presets with same files, Vortex will ask to set rules, so don't worry about that.
3) open CET in game ---> click AMM (Decor) ---> Preset (chose Zen Black Dog or any other you downloaded)---> close CET. Done!

to remove and restore original look:
Decor ---> Presets ---> New Preset

uninstallation:

Vortex.

Manual:
- delete Preset itself in game using AMM
- or delete .json file from Cyberpunk2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceMenuMod\User\Decor
other files maybe require for other AMM Preset mods, so see for yourself. 

known issue:

some users  may experience 10 -15 sec game freeze on red logo when launch game.
file proximas_prop_paradise_V1.lua probably causing it in presets like this.   
i recommend you also use mod No Intro Videos or similar, it will speed up process for you.

if you downloading similar AMM Preset mods, there is copies of a file but with different names.
Proximas_PhantomLiberty_PropShop_v1.archive (included in mod)  is the same file with proximas_prop_paradise_v1.archive, 
proximas_propshop_v4_clean.lua (included in mod) is newer than  proximas_propshop_v4.lua, you can use one of each and other preset mods will be working even if they with older version. You can get all files also with its author mods ProximaDust.
