Disables all visual damage on all vehicles in the game including stolen vehicles, NPC vehicles, enemy vehicles, cutscene vehicles, etc..
Vehicles can still be destroyed by all the usual means, this only disables the damaged appearance. Vehicles will still give indication they will explode soon such as smoke and fire as well.
