The main file is very similar to the old Death Note - Instakill NPCs mod by u/venclexta, but stays active after toggling on until you toggle off again, instead of requiring a keypress to kill each NPC... Also, I'm pretty sure that mod doesn't work anymore (I haven't tested as I didn't even know it existed until after making this one, but comments say it doesn't)...

How to use:
Note: This (the main file, at least) will break quests if you kill an important NPC with it... So save often if you're not done with the game... For the most part, the optional files don't actually kill NPCs so they shouldn't break progression...

How to use:
- Set a keybind in CET overlay
- Press keybind after loading a savegame to enable (and disable) the ability
- Kill (or burn/whatever) NPCs by simply looking at them
- Multiple files can be installed and active at the same time
