Enhance Onslaught perk to work with all weapons and make it refunding 100% ammo on kill.

This mod enhances the Onslaught perk in two ways:
As a result, reloading becomes unnecessary as long as you secure a kill before your magazine depletes. Weapons like Mox and Bloody Maria become particularly enjoyable without the hassle of bullet-by-bullet reloading.
However, it's important to note that certain guns still require reloading if their magazines are emptied in a single shot, like Sovereign or Comrade's Hammer.
Nonetheless, this still allows you to build around Microgenerator Cyberware while using those weapons.
The UI partially reflects the changes. Now it should show 100% ammo refill but it still shows the LMG requirement. I don't know to change that yet. LOL.

On the other hand, if you are more interested in cheating the game using Save Editor, I've made a Tutorial with Player Stats and Weapon Stats tables on my blog.
