Note: When you would normally die, this will prevent it but you will be stuck in a "dying" state which will prevent you from doing certain activities, though surprisingly does not prevent quest progression and even makes you invisible to enemies... And this "dying" state can be easily removed/reset by skipping time or sleeping, so it's really not too bad... Normally the game blocks you from skipping time (or accessing menus at all) while in this state, but this mod also fixes that...
I highly suggest to mix this with a God Mode mod that locks your HP to avoid the "dying" state as much as possible... I have my Manually Enhanced V - Pseudo God Mode mod available for this (requires TweakXL)...
I also suggest to use FreeFly (NoClip) by u/NexusGuy999... This will allow you to mostly reset the "dying" state at any point in time, literally... Just activate it and fly up a little bit and the effects of the state will end... This does not actually remove the state, just the effects of it (including most of the gameplay restrictions)... It also will allow you to get back out of the areas with death barriers that you bypass with this mod...
The screenshot does not use "FX Begone", but does contain my "Manually Enhanced V" mod... That mod does not stop deaths from death barriers, so you still get the "dying" state and 0 hp when you hit them even with both mods installed... But having that mod will prevent you from getting to 0 hp in most cases...

This is mainly made for exploration... If it breaks something, sorry... Just uninstall (temporarily or permanently) I just got tired of death barriers while no clipping around and figured some other people may also like it...
Installation:
- Extract to main CP77 install folder
Uninstallation:
- Delete the "TrueGodMode-NoDeathsAtAll" folder from your [CP77>bin>x64>plugins>CET>mods] folder
Known Issues:
Some things break completely when you go into the "dying" state... This is why I suggest to combine with something else to keep HP at max... One major thing that can happen is if you're in a phone call and you enter the "dying" state, the caller will stop talking but the call will never end... The only way I've found to resolve this so far is to reload a savegame, sadly... With a mod to lock your HP, you should only ever enter the dying state if you (would) die from something that doesn't actually reduce your HP, though (like a death barrier)...
