PLEASE USE VORTEX MOD MANAGER WHEN DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE MOD! This is not a requirement, but it should make sure that you get the correct files installed and makes the mod easier to manage.
Vortex is unable to deploy the REDmod version, install the old mod version instead if you are having problems. The REDlauncher or the mod manager in WolvenKit can still deploy the REDmod version without issues.
To fix the stretched launcher on female characters, either upgrade your current launcher, or buy a new one at a ripperdoc. You can buy the same version that you had. The bug happens if your character had the launcher cyberware before installing the Cyberarms Patch.
For some reason my Arms are super dark and all black? I'm using the !aa_Arasaka_Arm_F_Gorilla_Kitsch_Forearm skins. And they just appear all black on my character. This issue is seen in all the other skins too- Any fixes?

When intalling the mod i choose "!aa_Misc_Arm_M_Gorilla_Default..." files.
any ideas what could be the issue or am i just dumb?

you picked to have the defualt gorilla arms, you diodnt pick a custom arm, "!aa_Misc_Arm_M_Gorilla_Default"
