Adam's Smasher weapon, but the thing should hit harder...so hard in fact that you could delete an entire MaxTac platoon with one shot.
Changes:
Damage from 1200 to 1800 Reload speed from 3.6 second (Yes, almost 4 second to reload this thing) to 1 second Lock-on time from 2 seconds to 0.5 (Yes, it took 2 seconds for this thing to identify its targets)
Now it feels like the final weapon in the game, Cyberpunk's BFG 9000
My suggestion, use it in a harder difficulty...or not, and have fun obliterating everything.
