About this mod
Are you like me and HATE that the Rasetsu isn't silenced, or that it doesn't pierce walls? Well here you go chooms a little script that lets you slap a silencer on the end of it and makes it pierce like a tech weapon is supposed to do. Please understand that what makes this unique is that the rifle is "true" silent. (ie NO BANG when fired)

I am also including a different version which will also increase the clip size and faster reload.
This is my first mod, so if I didn't upload stuff right please let me know. It should go without saying, but just in case, you need a silencer in your inventory to add to the riffle. It doesn't just "show".
Please use Vortex, I may be ignorant, but why it isn't mandatory is beyond me.
The improved stats version has been updated:
Improved Attack speed (on par with breakthrough)

Slight increase to DPS (Mandatory as the method used in this script nerfed the gun to pitiful dps)

Lower charge time great for getting two full shots off during Sandy
If you use the recommended file listed in requirements make sure you do NOT pick a file that lowers the charge time. (There might be a compatibility issue. That mod affects all tech weapons and not just the Rasetsu where my mod ONLY affects Rasetsu.)
