Reworks the Satori and Nehan to cause Hemorrhaging on any bleed besides just themselves!

The Satori & Nehan are pretty cool weapons, but are limited by the fact that they can only work with each other. This mod changes that!
To compensate for this change, the recovery time for the Nehan has been increased, however I've also uploaded a version which doesn't have this change.
Done as a commission for ThunderEagle!
