It makes the explosive weapons stack the Pyromania Tier 3 buff.

Why have you done this?
Because all these weapons have flavour text that state they cause explosions, or use explosive rounds.
What about the Firecracker Mod? That mod makes weapons use explosive rounds. Are you going to add that?
No. There's already a mod that does that called Firecracker Expanded (2.1 Compatible).
Will you add Hercules 3AX?
No need. It already works with Pyromania.
How many stacks of Pyromania do I get?
Doom Doom fires 3 explosive rounds at once, so it will give you 3 stacks.
Oguo fires in a 2 round burst, so it will give you 2 stacks.
Prototype: Shingen Mark V fires in a 3 round burst, so it will give you 3 stacks.
Bald Eagle and Kappa X-MOD2 gives you 1 stack each round.
Divided We Stand's explosion will give you 1 stack, like Yinglong already does.
You get 1 stack from Gas and EMP grenades, like you already do with Incendiary and Frag grenades.
Honestly, some of the above seem like overkill, but their descriptions say explosive rounds, so that's that...
Update: I've added an alternate version which only updates Divided We Stand rifle, EMP Grenades, & Gas Grenades.
Sometimes, it causes an explosion, but I don't get a stack of Pyromania.
That's because the bullet is killing the enemy just before the explosion can trigger and hurt them. The explosion still happens, but it has no alive enemy to hit to award you a stack of Pyromania. The same thing happens with Yinglong and especially Hercules 3AX. Unlike Yinglong and Divided We Stand, which have a small chance of triggering an explosion whenever a bullet hits your enemy, the Hercules 3AX guarantees an explosion, but only when the enemy dies. This means you will never get a stack of Pyromania from this explosion unless another alive enemy is near enough to the explosion to be damaged by it.
