Author notes
This mod and the corresponding tutorial have been brought to you by the power of open source.
Countless people have made this possible by working on tools and guides after their day jobs. They don't get paid for that (sometimes there are tips or Nexus DPs, but that will never even clear minimum wage) and are sharing the results for free. No one has to pay anything, and everyone gets to have nice things!
Without open source, we'd all still be living in caves, rubbing together sticks of assembler code in the hopes of getting a fire. For that reason, I will - never paygate any of my stuff (you're welcome to tip me, but I won't complain if you don't) - credit anyone who helped me make it - share what I have learned so that others can do the same.
If you are using and publicly sharing anything from this mod, please do it in the same spirit. For your personal use, knock yourself out.

Cleaned: Removes a bunch of the junk and clutter Stripped: Strips the apartment down to its bare bones Hairless: Optional file to remove items related to Nibbles (and yes Mana I know she is already hairless but still the name is too good to not use)
Uses ArchiveXL to remove nodes, so it won't break any quests!
This mod wouldn't have been possible without Simarillius, who has poured countless hours of development and research into world editing as well as .streamingsector import/export, The Magnificent Doctor Presto, who's cobbling up the most amazing Python scripts, psiberx, who's making all this possible with ArchiveXL, and everyone else who contributed to Wolvenkit. We all stand on the shoulders of giants! Removed
some of the stickers from the walls
garbage and empty bottles/cans
books and papers
ashtrays and cigarettes
bathroom stuff
Pillows from the bed and the sofa (you can put your own)
New Version In Optional Files! With apartment_h10_cleaned_up_extended almost all furniture is cleared out for more possibilities for AMM preset builders. Some flickering may occur on the ceiling near the door in certain lighting, so use that beautiful imagination of yours to decorate it in unique ways to mask it.
This is a sector edit via ArchiveXL and is as such compatible with everything.
Does this mod remove quest rewards? It shouldn't. If you find any, please drop me a comment or a bug report, or check the wiki on how to find and fix them yourself.
