I said Phantom Liberty is a requirement when Nexus asked because Songbird has called V on this save, which I imagine is/would cause issues for non-PL owners.

Just another save file. I hate replaying the maingame over and over and over, and have done so 10x times now, so I finally said, I'll make this "perfect" file.
This save has done NONE of the side missions or quests, beyond unlocking all possible endings. Fool on Hill is done though.
NONE of PL completed. Have not met SoMi at Dogtown Border.
Character is slightly OP, (20 all attributes and 10 more perk points than 'deserved'). Consider it a NG+ char. I die frequently on "(Don't Fear) The Reaper," and not just to Adam Smasher. The wave of saka ninjas is deadly to this very specific build. Some will call it OP, others will think I've handicapped myself too much. No mods required to install, as the character falls squarely in vanilla limits (beyond aforementioned).
* * * Edit 6/15/2024: you might need KS UV Male (upon first load of save afaik?.......... [as in, you could download KS UV male, load this mod, use a save editor, make yourself female/etc, overwrite in save editor, uninstall anything you don't want that's male specific/causing problems -> play the way you want] {theoretically}) if you're experiencing a naked character. I cannot be assed to test this, as it's working on my end with my current (... former [when I uploaded this]) modpack. People experiencing naked char... it's probably some mod I had installed, and if it's not KS UV or Equipment EX... DM me on discord.
Probably not useful to many, but might be fun for some. It's a nice starting point if you just want to enjoy the world of CyberPunk but without rehashing the Arasakadrama.
I personally just want to replay PL over and over so I mostly made it for myself. I also find the side missions, and gigs/scanners etc to be the most fun, so this save let's me skip everything I am tired of playing, and just redo the good stuff >:)

Maiko=In Charge of Clouds (I hate Judy)
Johnny=Friend(Oil Patch)
Rogue=Friend
Kerry=Friend(Completely unfinished story - only did the Johnny friendship part)
Grayson=Alive(but gave 911 key)
Iguana=HatchedNibbles=In Apartment
River questline=Unfinished, but:.....
Peralez questline=Started ( ^ "I Fought the Law" completed)

I am stupid as fyack, and 2 people have commented their character is naked when using this save. IDK why that would be, it's a miracle the mods I use all work together on my end, let alone someone else downloading MY f*cxed up save file XD
21 people said ye this is good, 2 people said "no I am nakey" so I am inclined to believe it's not my fault (read: the fault of my installed mods), but I am always down to *attempt* to troubleshoot. Go forth and prosper, chooms.
