Initial Release
Added new main version that reduces blur on foot to 20% and sets it to 100% in vehicles... This is my preferred file and is the new main vortex version... It is not compatible with the other files...
The 3 main files are all incompatible with each other and with all of the optional files (so if swapping versions, you will need to uninstall)... The optional files are for a pick-and-choose approach and are all compatible with each other...
