You and me both. Think that entire part would have been a lot more emotional had that exact plot point NOT have been in every piece of advertising they released.
That truly broke me to see Judy dealing with that as well. Evelyn had so much potential with how she was acting and such. Might be for the best I was locked out of Clouds entirely, otherwise I'd have gone back in and "took care" of Woodman and Maiko.
Did make a certain ending more fulfilling, to take Judy out of the city that had taken so much from everyone.
