Ah, that sucks! I haven't played the game in a while but the latest patch probably caused some issues. I'll have a look later and see what's been effected and if there's a fix for them.
Just checked my game, I ran into one issue with Virtual Atelier but deleting the old folder for it in r6\scripts and installing the new updated one fixed it. Other than that, everything is working for me. Just in case, I'll list the mods I updated because the hair mod requires them.
