   Could you tell me what mods did you use? Im especially interested in the arms, tattoo and the outter/top  armor.

   could you tell me which mods you use for the face/makeup? and the face options or a preset?
   also how do you get the sandra cyberware to work? in my game it doesnt display fully, only the top half

      It's from ava's 4k mod. I'm not sure about the sandra cyberware thing as I don't remember doing any edits and just installed it.
