Enhanced Weather V2.1

These are just some small personal changes to my mod. Maybe you'll like it too.

Changelog:

• Fixed high speed badlands clouds
• Fixed vertical raindrops while stormy weather
• Removed own rain particles (Instead use Better Finer Rain V5)
• Reduced fog during stormy weather
• Adjusted lighting parameters and added new LUT
• Slightly tweaked bloom settings
