To reduce possibility of cheating through builder's perk to have more output on block crafting, de-crafting efficiency is 0.5 (for 2 ingot input you get 1 back from uncrafting)
Limitations
There's currently no way to modify the furnace(refineries) output to be less than 2 without modifying the executable file, so i went workbench route. Hope devs will fix it in future updates

If you're installing my other mods, install this one last, otherwise it won't load
