I have used Invite Debutante, made by per, and available on Steam, as a base for this mod.
A personal decision available in the hostile section will result in you receiving an option to choose one of three courtiers, this will happen three times in total, and will then trigger a Mind Break event. Simple as that.
Edit: For further clarification, this will not overwrite the Invite Debutante mod, it uses it as a base for acquiring prisoners for the event. The prisoners have bad traits, so they won't have that much use beyond being used in a Mind Break event, it also changes the event so it doesn't only offer females to select for the mind break event.
Update: 2.1
An updated version to correct some issues with consistency that I have noticed could result in the mind break event not occurring. This appears to be consistent now.
Update: 2.2
Expanded upon the diversity of possible candidates to include European, Asian, and African cultures.
