There is no technological advancements in the TES world, the second era has no differences from the third and fourth eras, so I decided to remove the technological development from the Elder Kings mod with my submod.
- No technology points per attributes, ruins, buildings and events - No technological requirments for buildings - Buildings technological bonuses replaced by military/gold/magical bonuses - Laws depends on centralization and title tier - Retinues depends on centralization level
Compatible with last EK version.
Fixed prosperity events(great library province modifer disabled), spellbook (some spells became inactive for no reason), law requirements(vassal can enact laws if liege already had this laws) and added starting galleys buildings (because AI prefer not to build them and dont use ek requisition decision).
