Almalexia and Vivec cities exist as wonders on all start dates.
They have plenty of unique upgrades.
Also Mournhold (Almalexia wonder) and Ascadian Isles (Vivec wonder) provinces now have maximum holding slots, befitting one of the most prominent cities of Tamriel.
I didn't add any new art or images, because I have no idea how to mod gfx and stuff, so some images are placeholder-ish, reused from other wonders and upgrades. If anyone is willing to make new images, they are most welcome.
I also made multiple other submods for Elder Kings. They are on Nexus, you can see them through my profile.
