Shape the growth of Western Europe, controlling one of the region's greatest personal unions. Establish the mighty Angevin Empire and challenge the might of Holy Rome and Byzantium.
'Rise of the Angevins' aims to add proper depth and detail to France and England during the later years of the game. The House of Plantagenet is given the ability to truly press their claim over the Kingdom of France, as well as expand their control over Ireland and Wales.
New titles have been created, characters have been (slightly) modified, a couple new decisions exist, and the King of France is (hopefully) quite unhappy.
At present, the mod is somewhat basic, though can be part of a proper campaign from 1066 onward. If you want to see an already-formed Empire, the '1187 - Third Crusade' start is worth looking at.
