This mod replaces Crash's model with the model used in the PS1 versions of Crash 2, 3, and CTR. Also includes a version that replaces the Retro Skin instead of the main Crash model, although I haven't tested it because I haven't unlocked that skin yet in my own copy of the game.

The third pak file replaces the Retro Crash skin's portrait with the original 1Up sprite from the PS1 games, in case you prefer that to the N. Sane Trilogy version that Crash 4 uses.
