Enhanced Xbox Decals and Gibs for Counter-Strike: Deleted Scenes
Originally designed for the Xbox port, these additions bring fresh elements to the game. Decals such as Blood, bigblood, bulletholes, and scorch decals have been meticulously ported, now vibrant and vivid in the HL wad format.
Installation Instructions:
Steam Version:
1. Decals: Place the "decals.wad" file into the "czeror_addon" folder. If the folder doesn't exist, create it. Launch the game, navigate to the options menu, and enable "Enable custom addon content". Then, click Apply. The game will restart, and the new decals will be loaded.
2. Gibs: Move the "models" folder into the "czeror_addon" folder. If the folder isn't there, create it. Launch the game, access the options menu, and enable "Enable custom addon content". Click Apply to restart the game, and the new gibs will be integrated into your gameplay.
Retail Version:
1. Decals: First, back up your existing "decals.wad" file. Replace it with the new "decals.wad" in the "czeror" folder. Launch the game and enjoy the updated decals!
2. Gibs: Make a backup of the "hgibs.mdl" file located within the "models" folder. Replace it with the new "hgibs.mdl" file in the same folder. Launch the game and experience the revamped gibs!
