I found that I never used the police transport van or Vlad's supply van due to how expensive they were and that the lodging upgrades didn't give you much, this mod aims to improve these aspects by scaling the price of the vans with the lodging level.
This mod relies on BepInEx download BepInEx_x64_5.4.21.0.zip and extract it in the game's root directory, then unzip this mod in <game_root>/BepInEx/plugins
