This Reshade preset will clear up the fog and give the game a more realistic look. The .ini is completely adjustable. Whitepointfixer is how you set the desired brightness if needed. It is an independent effect for easy use.
No Frame impact. Download and drop in a file where Reshade can see it. Switch to it in the preset selection within Reshade and your done.
