  I have many years that I played CoH, it very often happens that you're in the lead,but can't win the match because of some troops and some problems or some other deficiency don't allow you.
For example, you are an American and you arrived an armored much earlier, if a defensive player (like as my friend) is your enemy and when you enter the headquarters of his, you deal with camouflaged Pak 38 50mm.
  The first bullet hit with double the power, the second shot hitting and the enemy's AT guns not seen yet, but it's possible locations have been identified, and the third bullet appears, If you still have the armor! you can see the AT gun.
There are many good solutions, but they have time consuming and etc. what is way To see the camouflaged unit ?
  Yes, a recon, and for America is only a jeep. Jeep is finally destroyed by one or two bullet's AT gun.
Ok is that there should be a recon infantry. As a result of these factors and reasons such as these cause SCOUT to be added.

Install:
 Remove any old version.
 Extract files into your COH directory.
 Create Shortcut from RelicCOH and Change Target in Properties.
 add( -mod Platoon_Leaders -dev) to the end of the target field (outside the quotes).Don't forget the space.

 Recoilless Jeep:
This Jeep armed with a rifle recoilless M18 57mm, which is triggered by the gunner. Provides a quick and efficient support to infantry against armoured vehicles.
 M1 75mm Howitzer:
The M1 75mm Howitzer provides Medium range indirect fire support
 M20 Armored Car:
Fast Reconaissance Vehicle which is good at harrassing Enemy Infantry, equipped with an .50 HMG.
 M21 Mortar Halftrack:
Mounting a 81mm Heavy Mortar onto the open compartment of an M3 Halftrack and with the close protection of a .50cal Machinegun, the M21 is a good combination of firepower and mobility.
 M24 Chaffee:
The M24 was developed to replace the M5 Stuart.It combines small size, sloped armor and high mobility. Its M6 75mm gun also provides very good firepower for a light tank. Introduced in late 1944, only a few saw combat in the ardennes.
 T26E4 Super Pershing:
This late war Tank matched a Heavy 90mm gun with long barrel and much stronger armor to produce an Allied Tank that could engage Enemy Panthers and Tigers.
 M36 Jackson:
M36 Jackson mounts an anti-tank gun M3 90mm on M10 Wolverine chassis, which changes main Gun makes it more suitable for combat against the Panther or Tiger.
 M3A1 Halftrack:
Transport and Reinforce Troops, capable of carrying squads of infantry into an attack, or equip the Halftrack with a Quad .50 cal Turret.
 M3 T48 AT Halftrack:
To make antitank guns mobile, the M1 57 AT Gun was mounted onto a M3 Chassis. Most of those vehicles were used by the allied armies, but some of them also in US Divisions.
 M4A3E8 (76)W Sherman:
This version of the M4A3 Sherman features a 76mm Cannon. It's more useful against Tanks, but suffers a penalty versus Infantry.

An M4 Sherman with powerful main gun 105mm howitzer provides long range indirect fire support.
 M4A3E2 Sherman Jumbo:
The Jumbo variant of M4A3 Sherman is better armoured and slower than the normal Sherman.
 M5 76mm Anti Tank Gun:
The M5 76mm is possibly the most fearsome Anti Tank gun in any combatant nation's inventory. The weapon is large and cumbersome, which limits its use against infantry and fast moving light vehicles.
 M8 Scott:
The M8 Scott is equipped with a M7 turret and a 75mm M3 howitzer, is effective against light vehicles, infantry and structures exposed.

 M10 Achilles:
The addition of the powerful 17 Pounder Anti Tank Gun to the American M10 Wolverine creates the British M10 "Achilles" Self-Propelled Anti Tank Gun. Having high mobility, as well as packing quite a punch, the Achilles can take down heavy enemy tanks at long range.

The Comet I (A34) was a British tank that first saw use near the end of World War II. It was designed to provide greater anti-tank capability to Cromwell tank squadrons. It was armed with a 77mm HV, a derivative of the 17 pounder.
 Crusader Medium Tank:
The Crusader is a medium tank British with good speed, but with a questionable weapons and armor. His 2-pound gun (40mm) prevents him from effectively damage to the tanks above the Panzer II, and his armor has weak spots where barely 7mm thick.
 Daimler Armoured Car:
The 2 Pounder equipped Daimler Armoured Car was designed to be glider deployed, and was therefore lightly armored. It provided much needed fire support to units operating behind enemy lines.
 Dingo:
The Dingo's speed makes it an ideal Reconnaissance unit that excels at hunting down Enemy Snipers.
 Commando Jeep:
The Commando Jeep is a fast recon vehicle armed with bren LMG and vickers X2 HMG, this jeep can engage light vehicles and Infantry. The Jeep's speed makes it an ideal Reconnaissance unit that excels at hunting down Enemy Snipers.
 M3 75mm AT Halftrack:
The T12 is a M3 Halftrack with a 75mm antitank gun mounted, this highly mobile anti-tank gun can eliminate enemy targets at a rapid rate. can also fire high-explosive ammunition for artillery work.

 105mm Lef18 Howitzer:
Long range and effective firepower, the Howitzer is equipped with a 105mm Cannon.
 Sdkfz 251/22 Anti-Tank Halftrack:
The AT Halftrack can sacrifice mobility to gain more destructive power from its 75mm Pak 40 Anti Tank gun.
 Sdkfz 251/2 Mortar Halftrack:
Mortar Halftracks mount the heavy 81mm Granatewerfer 34 in the rear of the vehicle, enabling crews to fire the mortar with good protection from small arms fire.
 Kuebelwagen:
The so-called Kuebelwagen is the standard all purpose car of the Wehrmacht. It is used in allmost all fields of service, and in this case, as a cheap and reliable recon vehicle.
 Sdkfz 251/1 Halftrack:
Can transport and Reinforce Troops in and out of battle. Can be equipped with Wurfrahmen 40 rockets ('Stuka zu Fuss') or Flamethrowers.
 Opel Blitz:
The standard thansport vehicle for the Wehrmacht. It has less armour protection than the Sd.Kfz. 251 Halftrack, but it can carry more troops.
 Panther Ausf G:
The Panther is one of the best Tanks in the war. Armed with a deadly 75mm main Gun and exceptional frontal armor, the Panther Ausf G have better armor and improved for tank battles.
 Panzer IV Ausf D:
This Panzer IV is equipped with a short-barreled, low velocity 75mm gun effective against soft targets, but terrible against even reasonable armor.
 Panzer IV Ausf G:
The Panzer IV Ausf G is equipped with a KWK40 75mm L48 gun very effective against Enemy Tanks, And better armor than Panzer IV Ausf F2. Veteran Panzers are equipped with armor skirts and a Tank Commander.
 Panzerwerfer 42 Maultier:
The Maultier is Opel truck outfitted with 15cm Panzerwerfer 42 rocket launchers, that is capable of a devastating Rocket Barrage.
 Sdkfz 234/3 75mm Armored Car:
A fast-moving reconnaissance Vehicle are equipped with a short-barreled, low velocity 75mm gun effective against soft targets.
 Stug III:
The StuG III is mounted on a Panzer III chassis was designed for combat support, but it got better with different 75mm cannons. The Ausf. G is equipped with a 75mm L/48 high velocity projectile L/43 instead of the standard high explosive.
 Sturmpanzer IV Brummbar:
The Sturmpanzer IV was a development of the Panzer IV tank designed to provide direct infantry fire support, especially in urban areas.
 Sturmtiger:
The addition of a 380mm howitzer to the Tiger chassis created an excellent support tank for blasting through enemy defenses. The SturmTiger fires a massive 380mm HESH warhead that can flatten buildings and defenses.
 The Black Baron Tiger Ace:
The Black Tiger, commanded by Michael Wittmann, is ready to be deployed to the battlefield. In the hands of a regular crew, the Tiger is a powerful weapon. Under the command of a Tiger Ace, Tiger is almost unstoppable.
 Tiger Ausf E:
The most feared tank in the war, the Tiger has heavy front and rear armor and is armed with a powerful 88mm main Gun. The Tiger had few combat weaknesses. Veteran Tiger are equipped with MG42.

 Sdkfz 250/8 AT Halftrack:
The Sdkfz 250/8 AT Halftrack are equipped with a 75mm Anti Tank gun in place of the normal machine gun. This halftrack can hit infantry, and specifically target the running gear of tanks and other vehicles in order to disable them.
 Sdkfz 250/9 Armored Car:
The SdKfz 250/9 is a small, light halftrack armed with a 20mm rapid fire cannon, which is also mounted on the SdKfz 222. Although slower that the SdKfz 222, it is more heavily armoured.
 Sdkfz 252 Munitions Halftrack:
The Munitions Halftrack is specially equipped to deliver munitions to front line units. Infantry and vehicles within the support radius of the Munitions Halftrack will rapidly recharge any abilities that make use of munitions.
 Pak 36 37mm Anti Tank Gun:
The 37mm antitank gun Pak36 is effective against light vehicles and some medium tanks.
 Pak 40 75mm Anti Tank Gun:
The 7.5 cm Pak 40 was a German Long range anti-tank weapon, with good penetration. The powerfull 75mm Pak 40 can deal with all allied armor, but has a long reload time.
 Flakpanzer 38(t) Gepard:
Armed with a rapid firing 20mm Gun that can target Aircraft, Light Vehicles, and Infantry.
 Jagdpanzer IV:
Built upon the Panzer IV chassis, the Jagdpanzer IV wields a 7.5cm Pak 39 capable of holding back the Red tide. Lacks anti-infantry weaponry, and cannot be camouflaged due to the increased size of the Panzer IV hull.
 Jagdtiger:
The step up from the highly successful Jagdpanther tank destroyer; the Jagdtiger is built upon the King Tiger chassis wielding. Mounting the devastating 12.8cm Pak 44 L/55 gun, this crazed combination of armour and power - the heaviest fighting vehicle of the War - could easily oversee a change in tides.
 leIG18 75mm:
The leIG 18 was the standard support gun in german infantry regiments. Although its range was mediocre, it proofed to be quite successful in combat and very reliable.
 Nashorn:
The Nashorn ('Rhinoceros') is a tank destroyer armed with an 8.8cm Pak 43, capable of penetrating any allied armor, even the Pershing. It's built on a heavily modified Panzer IV chassis.
 Opel Blitz Ambulance:
This version of the Opel Blitz was used to evacuate the wounded troops to safty, if enough Casualties are collected a new squad will be granted.
 Panther Ausf D:
The Panther is one of the best Tanks in the war. Armed with a deadly 75mm main Gun and exceptional frontal armor, the Panther Ausf D have better speed and acceleration. can upgrade with armor skirts and a Tank Commander.
 Panzer I Light Tank:
The Panzer I is a light Tank armed with a two MG13 machine guns and has a 13mm armor. The Panzer I is not as powerful as other light tanks.
 Panzer II Light Tank:
The Panzer II is a light tank used during the early years of the war. Is armed with a 20mm gun and has a 38mm armor.
 Panzer III:
The Panzer III is a cheap and fast basic medium tank. This tank is best when fighting infantry and light vehicles, but be careful when engaging enemy armour.
 Flakpanzer IV Mobelwagen:
The Mobelwagen mounts a 37mm flakvierling 43 on a Panzer IV chassis. This vehicle provides excellent air and ground protection for armored columns.
