I altered the weight, scaling, and base stats of the Midnight Sun Fang Blood Veil to the preferences of JBH1005

Just a simple stat alteration mod that I made for JBH1005. This only affects the white colored version of the Night Fang veil, it does not change the stats of the default veil or any of the other colored versions.
INSTALLATION:
I would like to thank the CV Modding Discord Server for its numerous modding resources. I would not have been able to make this mod without the tools and guidance that I found there.
INSTALLATION:
- Download the zip file and extract it to get the Modified_MidnightSunFang_P.pak file.
- Place the pak file in the ~mods folder of your Code Vein directory.
- If you don't have a ~mods folder, just make one under steamapps\common\CODE VEIN\CodeVein\Content\Paks.
