I feel like a little bit of an idiot here. I have the file downloaded but I am having trouble on where to place it. I read the installation a couple of times; am I just reading it wrong? I followed through SteamApps all the way through Code Vein up to config. I know I'm doing something wrong but I can't tell what.
It is suppoed to be in your appdata local folder. To get to appdata, you need to press "windows" and "r" to open up a search bar. There you need to type in (without the quotation marks) "%appdata%". It will put you in appdata roaming. From there you need to navigate back to appdata and click on local (not locallow), there should be a folder namedd code vein there.
Low end pc player here. I have a card that is comparable to a gtx 660 (not sure if it is worse or better with system requirements not being standardized across games) and the game still retains the same fps for me (so just as bad 30-40) but it no longer looks like a pixelated mess. Why is the default anti aliasing in this game so horrid... Thanks Moonling for single-handedly carrying this community.
