Transforms the BlackBlood Liberator into a mind/willpower Blood Veil

First of all, this mod was a comission done by renpyon who gave me the permission to upload it here so all credits go to them.
The mod changes the stats of the BlackBlood Liberator, making it scale well with both mind and willpower (just like Ivory Grace). The Blackblood Liberator recolors (BlackBlood Tracer and BlackBlood Strife) will still have their original stats though, so you can use both the modified version of the veil as well as the original at the same time.
Some other mods which work well with this one are :
Reduced Cooldown for Gift Prowess and Hasten
Moonling's Transfusion Mod
HaoJun's Un-nerfed Barrages Mod
If you look at the images posted for this mod you'll find some builds that make use of both this mod as well as the ones listed above
Lastly, to install this mod drop the .pak file in Steam\steamapps\common\CODE VEIN\CodeVein\Content\Paks\~mods. If you don't have a "~mods" folder yet just create one inside the "Paks" folder.
