I'm French, sorry for my bad English.
Code Vein requires you to finish the game several times for almost similar purposes. So I offer you two backup files to get the sacrifice and trophies of eternity. Just kill the last Boss (it's not an ng + it's easy).
How to use these files?

GameData_Slot1v011.sav The first slot is the file that the game loads when you click continue.
Just download the file you want and replace it in: C:\Users\nameOfUser\AppData\Local\CodeVein\Saved\SaveGames\steamID\
Before using these saves, don't forget to save your own game somewhere else if you want to recover it.
If you can't find the folder of your backup, follow this:
windows + r
% appdata%
now you are in the Roaming folder go back to AppData
AppData> local> CodeVein> saved ...

I'm looking for a game backup where all successors have been saved but IO memories are not or not completely restored. I've already finished the game 4 times, I'm tired of starting over just to finish a trophy.
