By far my most favorite mod you have made. This map is so amazing. I love everything you have done with the enemies and the characters with their attack buffs and texture appearance being different.
I have to ask, was there some sort of story you had going into this? The torches and the different revenant characters both fighting and ash covered figures, even the icon from Nier on the wall. My only complaint is that it crashes after you fall to death but I honestly do not find that to be a horrible thing, considering how difficult it must have been. This was so beautiful. I'm recommending this to other people. I already convinced a few others to get it. Thank you so much for making this mod. I love it.
I did have several concepts and ideas but mostly it was just improvised with specific sections/"branches" having their own sub-theme. I was planning on expanding it further and fixing the issues but alas, the files were lost and so it stayed what it is.
I know this is no longer being worked on, but I'd like to try it. The batch does not appear in my basement. I installed it with vortex. Is there something else I hould've done?
I make no guarantees for Vortex, automated tools are always wonky. Just do it manually like intelligent creature and follow the installation instructions.
This was super fun. Felt relatively balanced, too, despite me being on NG+3 and playing without a partner. Really appreciate some of the QoL stuff like not having to redo the gate puzzle or the gauntlet before Gilded if you die. Also really loved the areas that looked less Code Vein-y, like the area with the blood tree and the tundra. Only real complaint is the boneball that knocks you into a soft-lock death pit felt cheap as all fuck. Did find some bugs, which I'll report while I'm at it. Thanks for making this!
damn didn't expect this would be possible for this game. Regardless of progress or the end result, thank you for doing this and sharing it with the community! Looks really incredible, can't wait to give it a try!
Can't provide feedback right now but thank you for being the first person to expand the game with actual content. This is a really important step to ensure this games modding longevity. Will come back to this when it's sufficiently finished to provide further feedback and endorse.
tried it out !! was absolutely phenomenal for what progress has been made on it so far, i was fascinated every step of the way and especially found the interactive vestige memory EXCEEDINGLY cool.
though, falling into the void usually required me to alt f4, because there didn't seem to be a way out of it. outside of that, which i'm sure is a WIP thing, i really enjoyed the entire thing.
except, i have a fear of water, so the water boss accidentally jumpscared me when i inched into the room LMFAO
Starlight arena is really beautiful. Adds on it seem to appear very slowly and are a little underpowered tho. The choice of its boss is just a little questionable considering the intensity of the lighting really. Someone like the Queen's Knight Reborn may have been better. Water arena is really beautiful as well. Pillar of light over the boss (and over player character as well) is a very nice addition and greatly enhances the atmosphere. ^Any of these two arenas would've been a way better choice (visually) as the Boss Rush arena instead of the default one, especially water arena without the debris. Bridge descending after destroying crates was a very nice idea. Reminded me of Crash Bandicoot. Puzzles are simple yet good. And fun. Reminded me a little of Darksiders III DLC. The sphere-enemy attacking while walking on a little narrow path was nice as well. There is a quick red mist when moving near the entrance of the very first door. I assume it respawns all the adds. It looks like Juzo Mido's flying mist after his destruction in storyline. Unsure if it was designed this way or no, but someone-or-something did fall from above in the hole and disappear in a flash of sparkles after entering the door (with one bar on the floor and two in the door itself). Nice either way!
Bugs (or not): ...(On previous version only - did not notice anything like it on the new one) Alt+Tab sometimes makes all interface disappear. ...(On previous version only - did not notice anything like it on the new one) "Ce leave" command leads to a black screen title menu with only musical sound and nothing else. ...(May not be a bug and instead spell distance working as intended) Spells sometimes do not reach their destination. On the other hand Io is able to revive through the wall.
