Added support for removing letterboxing/pillarboxing from the few 16:9 scenes in the game. Note that the 4:3 sequences are untouched.
Added option to adjust resolution checks. This may help if the game refused to use your desktop's resolution in borderless for example.

CheatManager is now spawned when the console is enabled. This allows the use of built-in "cheat" commands like "toggledebugcamera".
