This is a save editor with no requirements to work. There's skin, character edit and Picto edit implemented.

CO E33 Save Editor
Allows you to painlessly edit certain elements of your save files.
This program is compatible with Windows and Linux and requires little to no configuration.
You can get a minimal version (<10Mb) that uses your device's WebView, or a standalone version (120Mb~)
Usage:
You simply need to launch co-e33-save-editor and then everything is done within the app.

2. Unzip it
3. Depending on the file type, install or run. Some files have specific instructions in their descriptions.

Disclaimer :
- YOU SHOULD BACKUP YOUR SAVES. This program does backup anything you open beforehand- but you can never be too safe
- Might break your files (even if very unlikely)
- You might need to overwrite save file when the game is already running to prevent stem/epic from restoring your previous progression on game launch

Known issues
- Some pictos don't appear in the Pictos editor. This is because some game mappings are irregular
