Mod that makes coastal cities more useful, as well as Naval / Air Units.

Overall
- You start a game with an extra Scout and acquire a Builder in each new city up to 4, City-States starts with 2 Builders
Advanced Coast Cities
- All Units and Buildings Gold Cost was decreased to 50% of the original amount ( Gold Cost equal to Production cost in Online Speed )
- Harbor has 150 Health Points, can use Walls
- Lighthouse / Great Lighthouse gives +1 Production in each water tile in that exact city
- Harbor get new adjacency bonuses
- +5 Production being adjacent to City Center
- +5 Production being adjacent to City Center
- Fishing Boats can be built anywhere, give +1 Food
- +1 Gold being adjacent to City
- +1 Gold being adjacent to City
- Camp Improvement can be built in grassland, plains, tundra, forest, jungle giving +1 Production
Advanced Navy
- Melee Ships have +20 bonus Strength against embarked units
- Following Ships receive +10 ranged defense: Quadrireme, Privateer, English Seadog, Submarine and Nuclear Submarine
- Ocean cost 2 Movement Points
- All Civilizations can move on Ocean with Celestial Navigation Tech

- Fixed bug with Great Admirals:
- Now Ships cannot capture civilian units, instead, they can stand in the same tile with them - even if you are at war. It fixes the bug with Great Admirals blocking the path.

- Heavier Ships require Shipyard ( all except Ancient Era ships and Caravel )
- Ironclad Strength increased to 70
- Carrier is moved to Steel Tech and has 70 Strength
- Battleship and Missile Cruiser Range increased to 4, with receiving +20 Strength Bonus against land units both in land and sea
- Submarine Strength is reduced from 65 to 60 but Ranged Strength is increased from 75 to 80
- Nuclear Submarine Strength is reduced from 80 to 70 but Ranged Strength is increased from 85 to 90
Advanced Air Units
- Air Units doesn’t require Aluminium anymore
- Biplane Strength increased from 60 to 70, Ranged Strength increased from 55 to 65
- Fighter Ranged Strength increased from 65 to 75
- American P-51 Strength increased from 80 to 85, Ranged Strength increased from 65 to 75
- Jet Fighter Ranged Strength increased from 75 to 80
- Jet Bomber Strength increased from 78 to 80, Ranged Strength is increased from 80 to 90
Advanced Land Units
- New Tech: Light Riders, goes right after Animal Husbandry and leads straightforward to Horseback Riding
- New Unit: Horse Rider, 25 Strength and 5 Speed, does not require horses
- New Tech: Horse Archery, needs Light Riders and Archery Techs
- New Unit: Horse Archer, 20 Strength and 25 Ranged Strength at Range 2, 1.5x Archer Production Cost, 4 speed
- Saka Horse Archer replace Horse Archer in Horse Archery Tech.
- Saka Horse Archer have 20 Strength, 25 Ranged Strength and Range 2, 5 speed and can move after the attack
- Scythia doesn’t produce a free second cavalry unit anymore. Healing reduced to 20.
- Sumerian War Carts now require Wheel Tech and cost 2 Gold Maintenance
- Rocket Artillery now has 75 Strength and 4 Range
Advanced Unique Units
- Norwegian Berserker now replaces Swordsman and have 35 Strength ( + 5 on other continents ) +5/-5 in attack/defense
- Legions have 35 strength ( +5 against melee )
- Japanese Samurai is available with Iron Working Tech
- 45 Strength, 140 Production Cost
