A mod that makes changes to some units. Currently Builder & Scout

I really hated that Builders took a long time to build and were expensive to purchase, but could only be used 3 times.

There is another "mod" that changes the builder unit but you have to overwrite the game files.  I hoped that there was a way to do this as a stand-a-lone mod.  After a lot of lurking in forums on Civfanatics and downloading a lot of other mods to see how they worked I got something that seems to do what I want it to do without screwing anything else up.

Currently just the Builder unit and what I changed was increase number of builds to 5, increased movement to 3, lowered the base cost to 40 with a cost progression of 2 (that means each new unit you build gets more expensive than the last, not sure I really like this.  Most units don't have a cost progression so why does the builder?  Granted it isn't much but you really need a lot of builders so it really gets expensive in late game.).  If you don't like those numbers any text editor will do.

I might just add changes to other units as time goes and I become more annoyed at the way they're set up.  But for now the builder was the killer for me.

UPDATE: 1.1  Now with Scouts.

I got tired of my scouts being murdered by any barbarian they encounter.  I increased their strength to 15 and vision to 3.  Now that upgrade to see through trees is actually useful.  I didn't change the cost, should I have made them more expensive?


Installation:

Unzip to the .../Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Mods directory

I would also check the "Additional Content" just to be sure that it activated.
