- Improves Pacing of Wars - Felt rather silly that it would take roughly like 50 turns just to get to the destination.
+2 Embarked Unit Speed

Barbarians
Give slightly more experience from fighting Barbarians.
- Experience gain increased from 1 to 2 per attack vs Barbarians.
- Allows Units to reach a Maximum Level of 3 instead of 2 when fighting Barbarians.
Scout
- Combat Strength from 10 to 15. Gains +1 Vision Radius and Starts at Level 2. Should allow the Scout to be semi useful as a Combat/Recon Unit.
Ranger
- Starts at level 2.
- +1 Range.
Machine Gun
- +1 range
