Why another toolbar mod?
Resize It's panel scaling feature breaks Find It 2 so I was looking for a solution. I contacted the author of Resize It back in mid-2020 but they were taking a long break from Cities Skylines(2022 update: Keallu is back!). Advanced Toolbar is abandoned. More Advanced Toolbar is also abandoned and has obfuscated code. In the end I decided to make a new toolbar mod, based on Resize It and Advanced Toolbar, with the panel scaling feature rewritten and made compatible with Find It 2.

This mod doesn't alter any game mechanism so it won't corrupt your game save, and you can unsubscribe this mod anytime you want. If you are not experiencing any issue with other toolbar mods, you don't need to switch to this mod. This mod is meant to be an alternative, not the replacement for other toolbar mods.

Recent updates ---> Change Notes

This mod currently offers
- add more rows/columns. Expand/Collapse modes

- panel scaling feature that works with Find It 2 and Ploppable RICO Revisited. This feature has some limitation if you are not using Unlock All (read below)

- horizontal/vertical panel position offset

- dark or light background with different opacity options
Find It 2's own "using light background" option has higher priority, but it only affects Find It 2's own panel. You should disable that option and let this mod take control.

- options to hide the advisor button

- compatible with UI Resolution so the toolbar panels won't cover the road tools

- keyboard shortcut to toggle the visibility of opened panels

- options to change the background of the bottom panels

- optional UnifiedUI (UUI) button integration

Semi-required mod
Game's built-in "Unlock All" mod:
If you want to use the panel scaling feature, the "Unlock All" mod has to be enabled
Otherwise if you unlock a new panel mid-game, you have to restart the game to get correct panel scaling for the new panel.
