This mod replaces the Dark Serge portraits used in the "New" graphics mode of CC:RD with modified versions that are less silly looking and more in tact with the original portraits.

Did anyone else laugh when Lynx became Serge and immediately after that scene he suddenly turns into a cartoonishly impish catboy, ruining the shock and horror of the moment?
Yeah, it was a little jarring.
Alas! The power of modding. I basically touched up and repainted parts of the two portraits faces so they look less silly and more frightening than before, bringing them back to the vibe of the original PSX portrait versions. It only changes these two portraits for the "New" graphics style option and doesn't modify anything else in the files.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Browse to Chrono Cross's main data directory (by default it's likely C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Chrono Cross - The Radical Dreamers Edition\data)
- Locate "hd.dat" and open it using an archive program (7zip is easiest)
- Drag and drop the "face" folder from my download into the archive and let it rewrite
- You're done!
